Consultation
After receiving a website enquiry Budget Websites contact potential clients to arrange a suited consultation time to discuss their business and website requirements in detail - determining the correct website strategy based on one of our three packages (Basic, Advanced & Premium).
Following the consultation the qualified team at Budget Websites create a tailor-made brief and quote for the client's approval. Once the website brief is approved the website development moves to the second stage – Website Research, Planning & Strategy.

Research / Planning & Strategy
In the second phase - Research, Planning and Strategy - Budget Websites research helps determine what potential market(s) the clients business fits into, as well as those demographics within those markets that the website should be designed to appeal to.
Similarly the website layout most suited to the business would be developed to work in achieving the correct work flow and navigation for compatible user interface throughout the website.

Design
The third phase - Website Design - is developed from the research findings done in the previous phase - Research, Planning and Strategy. In this phase the skilled design team at Budget Websites creatively develop an aesthetically pleasing website successfully catering to the target markets determined previously.
Business's products and services similarly will be clearly marked with action prompts to encourage viewers to interact in some way i.e. purchasing goods, filling an enquiry form, or signing up to a newsletter.

Development
Once design is completed, Budget Websites require approval from clients to continue to the following stage known as the Website Development. If customers for any reason require any minor font, background or image modifications to be made to the design it can be changed prior to commencing the website development phase.
In the developmental stage Budget Websites transform the website design into a Web Ready Format including all HTML coding.

Website Content
Once the design is finalised and the website fully developed including the entire HTML coding, the next major feature of the website; that of written content; is provided by the client and appropriately positioned into the webpages.

Testing / Checklist
The second last phase - Testing and Checklist - is very important in establishing and resolving any problems that may be affecting the functionality of the website. Budget Websites will test all aspects of the staging website, including checking for broken links, contact e-mails and galleries to ensure the website is working the way it should be.

Launch
After all the phases - from the initial consultation and research through to the design and development - it is now time for the final phase - your websites official launch! Once your business website is officially launched, Budget Websites will continue supplying ongoing consumer support to assist you with any further website advice or alterations.
