• I'm on a tight budget, but wish to expand my business. Can you help?

• Is it okay to choose the colour of my website?

  Definitely! The website is a reflection of your business hence colour preferences would be up to you. However, if you need a professional opinion, we are also willing to guide you.

• Where can I see how my website is going to look like?

  You can have a look at our portfolio to have a feel of what your website will look like. However, we will personalise the website according to your preference in terms of custom pages, content, business logos and much more! We will also upload a preview of your site from our server so that you can see the pages as it gets updated.

• How soon will my website be ready?

  Many businesses prefer using their business name as the website address. For instance "Businessname.com.au" as it is easier for customers to remember your website address. However, we leave the option up to you in terms of the address as well.

• I need a business logo on my website, can you do that?

  Yes, we do business logo designs and we can get your business cards done for you as well. Charges Apply.

• How do I upload my update information (content, photos) onto the website?

  If your package comes with a content management system (CMS), you can update the information yourself using the CMS. However, if you do not have CMS in your package, you can either email it us and we will do the necessary updates for you.

• Will my site appear on Google?

  Yes, we normally do basic on page optimisation for you and we will ensure your website gets indexed by most search engines. However we can't guarantee you a place on the first page of Google or other search engines as it is only a basic optimisation. In some less competitive markets, onpage optimisation is sufficient to rank your website on the first page. If you would like a guaranteed first page placement, please contact us to learn more about getting a first page ranking for your website.

• How do I pay?

  After finalising, we would send you an invoice for 50% deposit to start off the project. After completion, another invoice would be sent to you for final payment. Payment modes are Direct Deposit and Cheques only.

• Where will my website be hosted?

  Your website will be hosted on our powerful and reliable servers located in Gold Coast, Queensland. The advantage of having your site hosted locally will allow you to have faster response time from us if you experience any problem. Our clients have enjoyed hassle free hosting solutions over the past 10 years.

• I currently own my own domain name. Can I use it with your service?

  Yes, you can. We can easily transfer your domain to our hosting server with ease, free of charge.
